Friday Coaching
Our popular Friday night group coaching is back, all ages and abilities welcome with equipment provided.
No need to book just turn up at the courts at 7pm or 8:15pm on most friday nights
Session 1 @ 7:30pm till 8:15pm
Session 2 @ 8:15pm till 9pm
Cost £3.50 per person
1to1 Coaching
Squash coaching is available on an individual or joint basis from our Club Coach, Charlie Ponente. Charlie is an England Squash Level 2 Squash Coach.
We coach all standards of player, beginners, intermediates, club players, all ages, starting aged 7 years to 70+ years
Beginners, and Juniors:
Learn the rules, learn the moves and racket skills. Juniors, put away that Xbox and come and get fit! Beginners, Learn all the rules, and squash tactics and meet some new players.
Club players:
Don’t think you need coaching ? .. I bet you do!!! , for the more advanced, I have hundreds of routines that will improve all aspects of your game and will take you and your game to that next level … Guaranteed !!
Video analysis:
Sessions taken with video analysis, look at your game from a different angle, see where you are going wrong hints and tips highlighted on your very own DVD.
